Requiescat In Pace: Faure and Duruflé Requiems in Concert

Nottingham Cathedral Choir present the great Requiem Masses of Faure and Duruflé in concert to celebrate the month of All Souls.
These famous works both take the text of the Mass for the Dead and set it in very distinct styles, with Durufle's work deriving most of its motific material from the original Gregorian Chant.
The choir are delighted to be joined by David Grealy, Director of Music for the Diocese of East Anglia, on the organ, and Baritone Will Burn, as soloist.
