From Darkness into Light
The Cathedral’s Arts and Crafts Group in collaboration with the Friends of the Cathedral are pleased to be hosting an art exhibition this Eastertide.
The creative works and art of parishioners and local artists will be showcased in the Cathedral Hall under the banner ‘From Darkness into Light’ and it will reflect the wonderful diversity of our vibrant Cathedral community.
Friday 5th April 6.45pm-9pm
Preview Evening
An exclusive event for Friends of the Cathedral, supporters and exhibitors. Over canapés and a glass of wine, there will be the opportunity to view paintings, drawings, quilting, embroidery and other crafts. There will be the opportunity to speak with some of the artists and there will also be some handmade items for sale.

Saturday 6th April 10am-4pm
Exhibition and tours.
The exhibition is open to visitors all day, in the Cathedral Hall.
There will be tours of the Cathedral offered at 11am, 12noon, 2pm and 3pm where visitors can discover the history and beauty of Nottingham Cathedral, a Pugin treasure in the heart of the City.
There will also be a parallel exhibition offered by our Restoring Pugin project tyeam
Sunday 7th April 9am-1pm
Exhibition and Children's Crafts
The exhibition opens at 9am, all are welcome.
There will be teas and coffees available and children’s activities from 11am-1pm in the Cathedral Hall.
